Ingredients

    6 cup(s) vanilla ice cream
    4 slice(s) leftover pie (pecan, pumpkin, apple or any flavor you like), cut into small pieces (about 3 cups)

Directions

    Scoop ice cream into the bowl of an electric mixer and beat on medium speed with the paddle attachment until it's soft reenex , but still holds its shape, about 1 minute.
    Fold in the pieces of pie. Transfer the mixture to a 4 1/2- by 8 1/2-inch loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart freezer-safe container and freeze until set, at least 4 hours. Once set, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients

    24 (about 2 cups) OREO Cookies, finely crushed
    6 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
    1 package(s) (14-ounce) KRAFT Caramels
    1/2 cup(s) milk
    1 cup(s) chopped PLANTERS Pecans
    3 package(s) (8-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    3/4 cup(s) sugar
    1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 ounce(s) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Dream beauty pro

Directions

    Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
    Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and 2 inches up side Dream beauty proof 9-inch springform pan.
    Microwave caramels and milk in small microwaveable bowl dr max on high 3 minutes or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Stir in nuts; pour half into crust. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Refrigerate remaining caramel mixture for later use.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over caramel layer in crust.
    Bake 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes or until center isDream beauty pro dr max almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Microwave reserved caramel mixture 1 minute; stir. Pour over dr max cheesecake. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cheesecake.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup(s) pine nuts
    2 cup(s) flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
    1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest, finely grated
    1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
    Kosher salt
    Freshly ground pepper
    4 pound(s) green beans, trimmed
    Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

    In a small skillet, toast pine nuts over moderate heat, tossing, until golden, about 5 minutes; transfer to a food processor and let cool completely.
    Add parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice to food processor and pulse until parsley is very finely chopped. With the machine on, gradually add olive oil and process until pesto is nearly smooth. Season with salt and pepper and scrape into a large bowl.
    Put a steamer basket in the bottom of a pot. Fill pot with 1 inch of water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add green beans, cover, and steam until bright green and crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain beans and transfer to large bowl. Toss with pesto and season with salt and pepper; serve with lemon wedges.
